Class roles from the verified database (fact wf-0104): tanks are Warrior, Paladin, Druid; healers are Paladin, Priest, Shaman, Druid; every class can DPS. Skyborne is a new race on both factions and requires the Heroic Pack or higher (wf-0089, wf-0092).
The six new combinations
New combination
Dwarf Shaman
The only Alliance Shaman
For twenty years the Alliance watched Horde totems from across the field. Dwarf Shaman ends that — the single most requested combination in the game's history, finally real. (Fact wf-0088)
New combination
Undead Paladin
The only Horde Paladin
The mirror image: a Forsaken knight of the Light. Undead Paladin is the only way the Horde fields the class, and Rise — a Horde guild — intends to field several. (Fact wf-0088)
New race
Skyborne
Both factions, different gifts
Skyborne can be Warrior, Hunter, Rogue or Druid on either side. Horde (Windshaper) Skyborne also get Shaman; Alliance (High Order) Skyborne also get Mage. Unlocking them takes the Heroic Pack or higher. (Facts wf-0087, wf-0092)
The full six: Gnome Priest · Human Hunter · Dwarf Shaman · Orc Mage · Troll Warlock · Undead Paladin. A consequence worth pausing on: every class now exists on both factions. (Fact wf-0088)
Rolling Dwarf Shaman? The shamans are gathering.
