Four steps to the warband.
Rise forms in Discord before the realms open. Names close November 3, World of Warcraft: Forever launches November 4 — work the steps in order and you are in the hall before zero.

In order
Reserve your name
Forever characters carry a first AND last name, and the reservation window closes November 3. Build your combination with the name helper, then check it against the verified reservation rules.
Join the Discord
The Discord is the guild hall: introductions, class and race pickers, event signups, and the officers all live there. One tap puts you in the Lobby.
Get set for launch
Realms open November 4, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PST. Run the launch checklist — client, account, addons, first-night group — so launch night is play, not setup.
Pick your colours, take your post
Choose class and race from the full 56-combination matrix, then put your name on the War Ledger — War Week registration is open now and is the founding roster's roll call.
Having trouble?
Most launch questions are already answered in the FAQ. For anything Forever-specific, search Ask Thrall — the guild's verified 258-fact database — or open a ticket in the Discord's #open-a-ticket channel and an officer will pick it up.
Be in the hall when the timer hits zero.
The founding roster is forming now. Names close November 3; the realms open November 4. Both deadlines reward the early.
